The ownership of this website is held by CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L., with NIF number B-93631505 and address at C/ Moraleda, 32 18300 Loja (Granada) – Spain. This document regulates the conditions governing the use of this website and the purchase of products on it, hereinafter “conditions”.
For the purposes of these conditions it is understood that the activity that CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L. carries out on this website includes the sale and marketing of products in which they specialise.
In addition to reading these conditions, and before accessing / browsing and using this website the user must have read the legal notice, cookies policy, and privacy policy. By using this website the user agrees to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should not use this website.
The user is responsible for consulting them each time he/she accesses and/or browses the website, being applicable those that are in force at the time the purchase of products and/or services is requested.
Responsibility
The user assumes responsibility for the correct use of the website, this responsibility will extend to making correct use of the site to make legally validated queries and purchases, the user also undertakes to provide truthful and lawful contact details and not to make any false or fraudulent purchases. The user declares to be over 18 years of age and to have the legal capacity to enter into contracts through this website.
Purchasing Process
The website is aimed primarily at users resident in Spain and who are end consumers.
Duly registered users can purchase on the website by the established means and forms, they must follow the purchase procedure during which various products can be selected and added to the cart, in this process they must complete and check the information requested at each step, although during the purchase and before making the payment they can modify the data.
The user will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase and dispatch of the order. The user can request an electronic purchase invoice and, where appropriate, obtain a paper invoice if he/she so wishes by requesting it to info@thejokersshop.com.
The user acknowledges being informed, at the time of purchase, of certain particular conditions of sale concerning the product in question and which are shown next to the presentation, or if applicable image of the product on its page on the website, indicating by way of example but not exhaustive and according to each case: the name, price, components, weight, quantity, colour, details and characteristics of the products, cost of services etc… and also acknowledges that the completion of the purchase order materializes the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale applicable in each case.
The communications, purchase orders and payments that intervene during the transactions carried out on the website may be filed and kept in the records of CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L.. in order to constitute a means of proof of transactions, respecting the conditions and regulations in force in this regard are applicable, particularly attention to the RGPD and the rights of users under the privacy policy of this website.
All purchase orders placed by the user are subject to product availability.
The prices shown are final prices, in euros and include taxes unless otherwise required by law.

Deliveries will be made throughout the national territory. Including the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, although the latter will have an increase in shipping costs depending on their destination.

Under no circumstances will the website automatically add other additional costs to the price of the product. Prices may change at any time, but possible changes will not affect purchases for which the user has received order confirmation.
Methods of payment
The means of payment accepted through the RedSys payment platform are: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Citicorp.
Payment by bank card is made through a secure payment gateway. Bank cards are subject to verification and authorization by the financial institution managing the means of payment, if that entity does not authorize the payment CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L. can not formalize the order. Any complaint about the lack of operability of the bank card must be made by the user to his financial institution.
Delivery time
Deliveries are made within the national territory within the period indicated on the website and in any case within a maximum period of 5 calendar days from the date of order confirmation.
If for any reason that was attributable to CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L. could not meet the delivery date, will contact the user to inform him of these circumstances establishing a new delivery date or if necessary the cancellation of the order and the refund of the amount.
Buyer’s rights
The user who purchases products on the website is entitled to a series of rights described below:
Right of withdrawal. The user has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order without the need for justification to exercise this right. The user must notify his decision to info@thejokersshop.com. The amount of the purchase will be refunded by the same means of payment used in its acquisition and once CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L. has received the products, verified its correct state; or the user presents a proof of return of the same. In any case, it will be the user who assumes the cost of the return.
The user acknowledges that there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal as stated in article 103 of RD 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the LG for the defence of consumers and users and other complementary laws, this would be the case of personalised products, products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly, products sealed for reasons of hygiene and/or health, etc.

Right to return: in all those cases in which the user considers that the product does not conform to the stipulated in the order may contact CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L. and let him know the existing disagreement, the user will then be informed of how to proceed with the return and will be informed if the replacement of the same proceeds.

Product guarantee
CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L. guarantees that its products are in accordance with the contract and unless otherwise provided by law will not accept responsibility for losses that are not attributable to any breach on its part, CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L. applies all measures concerning to provide a faithful display of the product on the website, however is not responsible for the slightest differences or inaccuracies that may exist due to lack of screen resolution or problems of the browser being used.
Communication with the user
By using this website, the user accepts that most of the communications with CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L. will be electronic.
Other Legal Regulations
The present conditions and any document expressly referred to in these conditions constitute the entire agreement existing between the user and CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L., in relation to the object of purchase and sale and replace any other pact or agreement agreed verbally or in writing by the parties.
The information and or personal data that the user provides to CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L., will be treated in accordance with the RGPD and the privacy policy of the website. See the privacy policy to know the use to which your personal data is intended.
The purchase contracts of the products will be governed by Spanish law, any problems related to them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts. If a dispute arises from the conclusion of this purchase contract between CENTENARIO TEXTIL, S.L. and the user, the user as a consumer can request an out-of-court settlement in accordance with the EU Regulation 524/2013 of the European Parliament on Online Dispute Resolution in consumer matters.
